I am a Dr. Geologist with expertise in environmental geochemistry, urban geochemistry, green minerals, experimental mineralogy, adsorption and materials characterization. I have been granted with two Fellowships of Excellence from the State Scholarship Foundation of Greece (IKY) and from the Research Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece for postdoctoral studies. I have Masters in “Mineral Resources and Environment” (2001) and “Waste Management” (2009). I have worked as Laboratory Associate in Western Macedonia University of Applied Sciences and the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology. I have well-developed teaching skills and have supervised BSc Thesis of undergraduate students. Under the framework of PlantCult project, I will participate in the experimental charring of archaeological plant and food remains.
